Regular Season Round 18: Polabi - Decin 91-84

There was a change at the 1Liga leadership position after last games. Round 18 most important game was a defeat of league's leaderDecin (13-5). They were defeated by fourth ranked Polabi (10-8) 91-84 on Friday night. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Decin. Polabi made 27-of-34 free shots (79.4 percent) during the game. 28 personal fouls committed by Decin helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Point guard Vojtech Synacek (188-2006) scored 35 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Theodor Dlugos (183-1997) chipped in 14 points and 6 assists during the contest. Polabi's coach Eduard Kotasek used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was guard Josef Gabriel (194-2006) with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Lukas Rozsypal (198-2002) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Decin players scored in double figures. Polabi maintains fourth position with 10-8 record. Decin at the other side dropped to the second place with five games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Plzen.
